Summary: The role focuses on MS SQL Server BI, emphasizing Power BI development, data analysis, and visualization. Key Responsibilities:
- Work with MS SQL Server BI Stack, including SSRS and TSQL, Power Query, MDX, PowerBI, and DAX.
- Extract data from various data sources; perform exploratory data analysis, cleanse, reshape, and aggregate data.
- Evangelize data analytics best practices among peers and stakeholders.
- Proactively monitor and evaluate the impact of monthly Power BI releases.
- Conduct deep-dive data analysis for business insights and recommendations, including ad hoc analytics for executive-level requests and priorities.
- Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes and address feedback from internal customers.
- Utilize Power Query and coding fundamentals, including M language for building loops and pulling APIs.
- Assist with governance and deployment of Power BI, including administration, content distribution/sharing, training, and support.
Key Skills:
- Experience with Power BI development, visualizations, and deployment.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft BI stack, including TSQL, Power BI, Power Query, DAX, M, MDX, SSAS, SSRS, SSIS.
- Experience with configuration/management of Microsoft Power BI Service.
- Demonstrated SQL development experience, including writing queries and procedures.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- AWS Cloud and/or Snowflake experience is a plus.

Requirements:
