MS Security Architect – Microsoft 365 & Endpoint Management

Job Summary

Seeking a senior MS Security Architect to lead enterprise Microsoft 365 Security and Modern Workplace transformations. This role combines deep technical architecture, executive-level consulting, pre-sales solutioning, team leadership, and end-to-end delivery ownership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex M365 migrations, endpoint modernization, identity consolidation, and security transformation projects.
• Serve as the highest technical authority for architecture, solution design, and escalations.
• Own pre-sales architecture, SOW reviews, technical assessments, and delivery execution.
• Lead and mentor architects and consultants across multiple engagements.
• Engage with CIOs/C-level executives on workplace strategy, security, and technology roadmaps.
• Manage engagement financials, P&L, forecasting, delivery risks, and customer satisfaction.

Required Experience

• 12+ years in enterprise IT, including architecture and technical leadership.
• 5+ years leading client-facing architects/consulting teams.
• Strong experience across both pre-sales and full-lifecycle project delivery.
• Deep Microsoft 365 Security, Endpoint Management, IAM, and Zero Trust expertise.
• Experience with Apple enterprise device management.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and financial oversight.
• Relevant Microsoft and Apple certifications preferred.
