Summary: The role of MS Dynamics CRM Techno-Functional Consultant involves a focus on Microsoft Dynamics CRM with a significant emphasis on Power BI. The consultant will be responsible for CRM configuration, light custom development, and data integration, while also leveraging strong analytical skills. This position is remote and is expected to last between 3 to 6 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configuration and light custom development of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Data modeling and dashboard/report design using Power BI.
- Integration of CRM data with Power BI.
- Analysis of data using SQL and other analytical tools.
- Articulation of technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Management of multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Skills:
- 7+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (D365 CE preferred).
- Strong functional expertise in CRM processes (Sales, Service, Marketing, Customer Engagement).
- Hands-on experience in CRM configuration and light custom development (plugins, workflows, business rules).
- Proven experience with Power BI data modeling, DAX, dashboard/report design, and CRM data integration.
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
