Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Project Managers, and Modern Workplace Practice teams for Microsoft 365 implementation and migration.
• Drive the adoption and transition of Microsoft Modern Work products within customer projects.
• Facilitate deployment and optimization of customer workloads on Microsoft 365.
• Provide deployment guidance and support development of cloud adoption strategies.
• Take ownership of project components, ensuring high standards and best practices.
• Uphold practice standards and promote operational efficiency.

Key Skills:

• Strong enthusiasm for M365 technologies and commitment to continuous learning.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with M365 implementation and migration projects.
• In-depth understanding of M365 Security and Compliance workloads, including Endpoint Management.
• Ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Experience in customer-facing consulting roles with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Expertise in producing high-quality technical documentation.
• Familiarity with on-premise Active Directory, Exchange, and Device Management.
• Completion of Microsoft certifications within the MS/MD track.
• Experience with M365 migrations across Identity, Mail, and File Storage.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) or Windows 365 deployment.
• Understanding of Adoption and Change Management methodologies.
