Key Responsibilities:
- Execute programs targeted at developers to channel high-value developers into managed developers.
- Present in public and collaborate cross-functionally within the organization.
- Measure program effectiveness using relevant KPIs.
- Translate insights and data into impactful results.
- Lead cross-functional efforts across competing priorities and constrained resources.
- Develop creative solutions to overcome obstacles independently.
Key Skills:
- 5 or more years of experience working with developer communities.
- Experience with iOS or Android mobile development.
- Proven presentation and communication skills.
- Understanding of program effectiveness measurement.
- Resourceful and action-oriented with problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher.
- Understanding of AI/ML principles (preferred).
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Wearable Strategic Partner Manager/Programme Manager will execute programs in markets, targeted at developers with a view to channel the highest value developers to become managed developers. You possess a passion for wearable computing and are able to translate that to support a new pipeline of developers. You have strong communication and people skills, since you'll be presenting in public, collaborating cross-functionally within RL, and working side by side with developers every day.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
. 5 or more years of related experience working with developer communities
. Experience with iOS or Android mobile development
. Proven presentation skills
. Understanding of how to run and measure program effectiveness with relevant KPIs
. Experience translating insights and data into highly impactful results
. Experience leading cross-functional efforts across competing priorities and constrained resources
. Proven communication, influencing and problem-solving skills
. Resourceful, action-orientated with experience to get things done independently and overcome obstacles by developing creative solutions to problems
. Bachelor's Degree or higher
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
. Understanding of AI/ML principles and applications
. Proven track record with high standards of professionalism
. Exceptional interpersonal skills and experience to develop strong working relationships inside and outside
