Lead Mobile Engineers (iOS & Android) | Contract (Outside IR35) | Immediate Start
We’re looking for experienced Lead Mobile Engineers (iOS & Android) to join a high-performing product engineering team on an outside IR35 contract, starting immediately. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll take ownership of mobile engineering within a modern, product-led environment, helping shape the technical direction and delivery of large-scale consumer applications.
Tech Environment
- Native mobile development (Swift / Kotlin)
- Modern mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture, etc.)
- CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
- Cloud-integrated backends and APIs
- Agile, product-led delivery
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Lead or Senior Mobile Engineer on large-scale apps
- Deep expertise in either iOS or Android (bonus if you’ve worked across both)
- Strong architectural and system design skills
- Experience working in product-led, cross-functional teams
- Comfortable balancing hands-on coding with technical leadership
- Pragmatic towards AI-assisted development
