Summary: The MLOps Platform Product Manager will lead the development of a new MLOps platform tailored for the AdTech industry, focusing on advanced machine learning applications. This fully remote role requires expertise in model training, CI/CD, and predictive analysis, along with a strong background in product management within AdTech. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the platform's vision, ensuring integration with key systems, and driving best practices in ML operations. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape a core capability in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the vision and roadmap for a scalable, secure MLOps platform.
- Streamline ML workflows in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Leverage existing infrastructure to define the platform architecture.
- Ensure integration with key systems (e.g. OMS, CDPs, BigQuery, BI tools).
- Translate business needs into agile product delivery.
- Drive adoption through best practices in ML operations and responsible AI.
- Work with backend and platform engineers to identify technical gaps, scope work.
- Deliver core platform features such as orchestration of model training and CI/CD for ML (e.g. MLflow, Kubeflow, Vertex AI).
- Model versioning, monitoring, and governance.
- Support key AdTech use cases, including Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM), real-time personalisation and bidding, audience segmentation and targeting, predictive campaign analytics.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years in product management, including 2+ in AdTech, MarTech, or digital media.
- Track record of building ML platforms from the ground up in cloud-native environments.
- Strong grasp of programmatic advertising, attribution, campaign measurement, and media mix optimisation.
- Familiar with GCP and tools such as BigQuery, Vertex AI, Dataflow, Airflow, and dbt.
- Excellent communicator with proven ability to align cross-functional teams.
- Must be eligible for BPSS clearance and a UK resident.
