Our clients a busy Law practice in the City of London are expanding and seeking to appoint a Qualified Lawyer with Mining Services knowledge/Energy Power Purchasing Agreements and excellent commercial drafting,as a consultant on their team for a project due to start in May 2026, that they will be advising on.
The Lawyer must have expertise in negotiating and drafting Energy Power Purchasing Agreements, Mining services, Offtake agreements, with proven recent experience.
You will have around 5 year's experience in the above and along with the technical knowledge, have excellent relationship skills with superb English written and verbal communication.
The project is for around 6 month's, however it could be extended if need be.
