Must-Have Skills:
- 2-5 years of experience in software development or QA, including 2+ years of manual and automated testing with strong knowledge of the SDLC and testing methodologies.
- Experience testing payroll systems, including payroll cycles, tax calculations, deductions, benefits, gross-to-net processing, compliance.
- Experience using AI-driven test automation tools to generate test scripts, with strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and time management skills.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with DevSecOps, Agile Scrum, VersionOne (or similar Agile tools), PL/SQL, and SDLC best practices.
- Familiarity with enterprise payroll systems and payroll processing environments.
