Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in the team’s transition toward a leaner, Agile process
• Join sprint planning, daily standups, and story reviews
• Administer unit testing for stories
• Collaborate closely with the business to understand needs and suggest appropriate solutions
• Work on various projects that require deploying and scripting database updates
• Once fully onboarded, take ownership of stories from the scrum team
• Continually explore and identify opportunities to improve deployment and DevOps processes

Key Skills:

• 2-5+ years of experience in a similar SQL/DevOps role
• Solid understanding of SQL engineering with DevOps experience
• Experience with scripting deployments, post scripts, and packaging and deploying code changes
• Ability to work collaboratively with business partners
• Comfortable working in a hybrid Agile/Waterfall environment
• Self-sufficient, able to take ownership of tasks/stories once onboarded
• Experience working in a fully Agile environment (pluses)
• Exposure to payer programs or healthcare industry (pluses)
• Familiarity with daily standups, sprint ceremonies, and story-based workflows (pluses)
