Primary Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and design SAP IS-U Billing solutions aligned with utility regulatory and operational objectives.
- Configure and support SAP IS-U Billing functionality including rate structures, billing determinants, billing schemas, and invoice generation processes.
- Develop functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on enhancements, interfaces, conversions, forms, workflows, and reports.
- Support SIT, UAT, regulatory testing, defect management, and production deployment activities.
- Work closely with client business teams to perform requirements gathering, solution validation, and issue resolution.
- Support regulatory and rate case initiatives requiring billing configuration changes and compliance validation.
- Provide production support, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement recommendations.
- Participate in project planning, estimation, risk management, and status reporting activities.
