Summary: The Microsoft Specialist (Teams & Copilot) role is a contract position focused on enhancing the Microsoft Teams, Copilot, and Dynamics 365 environment for a client. The specialist will provide expertise in solution design, configuration, and support, ensuring effective communication and automation within the organization. Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as SME for Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Copilot, delivering best practice guidance and solution design.
  • Configure and optimise Copilot Studio, including Voicebox routing and conversational workflows.
  • Support and maintain Session Border Controllers (SBCs) for secure and reliable voice services.
  • Enhance integrations between Dynamics 365 and our Customer Service Centre.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and roll out new features and automations.
  • Provide 3rd line support and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay current with Microsoft's evolving road map and align solutions with future capabilities.

Key Skills:

  • Strong hands on background in Microsoft Teams admin and voice capabilities.
  • Deep knowledge of Copilot and Copilot Studio (routing, configuration, Voicebox).
  • Experience configuring and supporting SBCs across major vendors.
  • Working understanding of Dynamics 365, particularly in CSC environments.
  • Ability to convert business requirements into clear technical solutions.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and a proactive, solution-focused approach.
  • Microsoft certifications are beneficial but not essential.
