Job Title: Microsoft PowerPlatform Test Engineer



Location: Remote



Job Type: 6 - 12 Month contract



Job Description:



We are seeking a skilled Microsoft PowerPlatform Tester. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing applications built on the Microsoft PowerPlatform, including PowerApps and Power Automate. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our PowerPlatform solutions through rigorous testing and validation processes.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Veryt strong Test experience in Microsoft Power Platform, PowerApps, Power Automate and D365 CE

  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for PowerPlatform applications.

  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.

  • Identify, document, and track defects and issues using appropriate tools.

  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.

  • Automate testing processes where applicable to improve efficiency and coverage.

  • Provide detailed test reports and metrics to stakeholders.

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing practices and processes.



Qualifications:




  • Proven experience in testing Microsoft PowerPlatform applications (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).

  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.

  • Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.

  • Proficiency in using testing tools such as Azure DevOps, Selenium, or similar.



Preferred Qualifications:




  • Microsoft PowerPlatform certifications.

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell or JavaScript.

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
