Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Power Platform Developer with strong hands-on experience in SharePoint Framework (SPFx) to design, develop, implement, and support enterprise business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft 365.
The ideal candidate should have strong development experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint Online, SPFx, TypeScript, React, and C#/.
NET. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, maintainable, and user-friendly solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
- Develop Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps using Power Apps.
- Build automated business workflows using Power Automate.
- Develop custom SharePoint Online solutions using SPFx.
- Create reusable and responsive SPFx web parts and extensions.
- Develop front-end components using React and TypeScript.
- Work with SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, Dataverse, and Microsoft Graph API.
- Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Integrate Power Platform and SharePoint solutions with other enterprise applications and APIs.
- Use C#/.NET for custom development, integrations, APIs, or backend components as required.
- Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, architects, and IT teams to understand requirements.
- Convert business requirements into technical designs and scalable solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, test, and optimize Power Platform and SharePoint applications.
- Follow Microsoft development best practices, security standards, and governance policies.
- Support deployment, documentation, maintenance, and enhancement of existing applications.
- Ensure solutions are maintainable, performant, user-friendly, and compatible with Microsoft 365 platform updates.
