Summary: The Microsoft Intune SME - SC Cleared role is focused on providing expert knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune for endpoint management solutions. The position requires active SC clearance and involves designing, implementing, and managing secure device management strategies. The role is remote and is offered on an initial 4-month contract basis, classified as inside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement endpoint management strategies using Microsoft Intune.
• Manage and maintain device configurations, policies, and compliance settings.
• Package, deploy, and manage applications across various devices using Intune.
• Implement and manage security policies, including device encryption and threat protection.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for Intune-related issues.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including technical guides and SOPs.
• Provide training and mentorship to IT staff and end-users on Intune best practices.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure cohesive endpoint management.

Key Skills:
