Summary: We are looking for an L2 Support Consultant with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics GP and the ability to support and troubleshoot related ERP and business software applications. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 6 years of experience in providing Level 2 support, be technically strong, and able to learn new tools with minimal guidance. Experience with related tools is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2 support for Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains).
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ERP and business software applications.
- Work with cross-functional tools and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
- Utilize SQL for queries, data fixes, and troubleshooting.
- Manage support tickets using systems like Zendesk or HDA.
Key Skills:
- 3 to 6 years of experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains).
- Strong understanding of ERP workflows and business processes.
- Experience in L2 support and application troubleshooting.
