Summary: We are looking for an L2 Support Consultant with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics GP and the ability to support and troubleshoot related ERP and business software applications. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 6 years of experience in providing Level 2 support, be technically strong, and able to learn new tools with minimal guidance. Experience with related tools is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 2 support for Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ERP and business software applications.
  • Work with cross-functional tools and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Utilize SQL for queries, data fixes, and troubleshooting.
  • Manage support tickets using systems like Zendesk or HDA.

Key Skills:

  • 3 to 6 years of experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains).
  • Strong understanding of ERP workflows and business processes.
  • Experience in L2 support and application troubleshooting.
  • Working knowledge of SQL (queries, data fixes, troubleshooting).

  • Familiarity with EDI and DUO Mobile (multi-factor auth).

The ideal candidate should have 3 to 6 years of experience in providing Level 2 support, be technically strong, and able to learn new tools with minimal guidance. Experience with any of the related tools (ERP, accounting, or support systems) listed below is a plus.
