Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM applications.
- Develop plugins, workflows, custom APIs, and business process automation.
- Configure entities, forms, dashboards, views, and security roles.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with third-party systems and enterprise applications.
- Develop Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Create and maintain custom JavaScript, C#, .NET, and REST API integrations.
- Support data migration, deployment, and environment management activities.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
