Key Responsibilities:

  • 15-18 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 with strong architectural focus
  • Hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 Field Service (FSE) including Work Order management, scheduling, resource optimization, and service agreements
  • Deep expertise in Dataverse architecture including complex data modeling for enterprise-scale service operations
  • Strong experience designing end-to-end scalable and resilient solution architectures within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem
  • Expert-level knowledge of integration patterns including REST APIs, Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, Power Platform connectors, and PCF
  • Strong experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) in enterprise implementations
  • Hands-on expertise with Azure DevOps for CI/CD, release management, and solution lifecycle governance
  • Proven experience leading large-scale Dynamics 365 implementations including customization, configuration, and cross-system integrations
  • Strong understanding of performance tuning, scalability design, and platform optimization strategies
  • Experience driving cost optimization initiatives including environment strategy, licensing efficiency, and usage optimization

We are seeking a Technical Architect / Solution Architect to lead architecture design, platform optimization, and governance for enterprise-scale solutions within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.

This role goes beyond traditional development by focusing on end-to-end solution architecture, cost optimization and platform efficiency, technical governance and decision frameworks, as well as stakeholder advisory and leadership alignment.
