Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Implementation Specialist Sales Module

Role Overview

We are looking for an expert-level Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Implementation Specialist who can lead end-to-end D365 implementations as a hands-on consultant.

The consultant will work directly with the client, providing expertise across requirements, architecture, design, customization, migration, implementation, testing, go-live, and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 CE implementations and migrations.
• Architect, design, configure, and customize D365 solutions based on business requirements.
• Strong experience with D365 Sales and Customer Insights (Data & Journeys).
• Conduct requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and configuration.
• Design and execute data migration strategies, including source-to-target data analysis and validation.
• Work on integrations, reporting, security, and system configuration.
• Develop functional/technical specifications and project documentation.
• Collaborate with onshore/offshore development teams and support testing and issue resolution.
• Provide customer guidance, training, and ongoing implementation support.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE experience with strong implementation, development, integration, and migration experience.
• 4+ years of D365 CE Architecture experience.
• Expert-level experience in D365 Sales and/or Marketing.
• Strong experience with Power Pages, Power Platform, and Dataverse.
• Strong hands-on experience with C# and JavaScript.
• Experience with D365 Customer Service, Field Service, or Project Service is a plus.
• Strong understanding of D365 customization, integrations, data migration, and security.
• Agile development experience.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and customer-facing skills.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering D365 projects.
