Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) / Power Platform Solution Architect to lead enterprise-scale CRM transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions integrated with the Power Platform, Azure services, and AI-powered Copilot capabilities.

This role involves architecting scalable CRM solutions, collaborating with business and technical stakeholders, leading solution design workshops, and driving end-to-end implementation while ensuring adherence to Microsoft best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solution architecture.
• Lead architecture and solution design workshops with business stakeholders.
• Gather business requirements and perform fit-gap analysis.
• Design scalable solutions using Dynamics 365 CE and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Build enterprise applications using Power Apps, Dataverse, and Power Automate.
• Architect integrations with Azure Services, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and third-party applications.
• Design and implement AI-powered business solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI Builder.
• Enable Copilot experiences within Dynamics 365 and Power Apps.
• Develop governance standards, security models, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) strategies.
• Define entity models, workflows, business processes, and security architecture.
• Ensure solution quality through design reviews and technical governance.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and business teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor technical teams and promote Power Platform best practices.
• Support pre-sales activities, solution demonstrations, and RFP responses.

Required Experience

• 10+ years of CRM or Enterprise Application experience.
• Minimum 4+ years as a Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics 365 Solution Architect.
• Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
• Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of Azure integration services.
• Experience implementing enterprise CRM solutions across multiple business units.
• Expertise in application architecture, governance, and security.
• Experience working within Agile development environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Microsoft Power Platform Certifications preferred.
• Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Certifications preferred.
• Azure Certifications are a plus.
