AI / Microsoft Copilot Engineer – Contract 6 Month Contract Initially Remote Daily rate, £400-£600 Full Time and Part Time Option Available We’re supporting a large, UK charity on the next phase of its AI journey following a successful rollout of Microsoft Copilot. Demand for AI solutions across the organisation are accelerating, and they’re now looking for an experienced Microsoft Copilot / AI Engineer to come in and help shape, build, and govern the next wave of Copilot agents and AI-enabled solutions. This is a hands-on delivery role where you’ll work closely with internal technology and product teams, as well as senior stakeholders, to turn real business problems into practical Copilot solutions. The initial engagement is a 6-month contract, with a strong likelihood of extension as AI capability continues to scale. The role is remote, sits inside a Microsoft-first environment, and is ideal for someone who has already delivered Copilot Studio Agents end-to-end and can confidently guide an organisation that’s past the “proof of concept” stage and into real adoption.
