Summary: The Microsoft & Apple Endpoint Support Specialist role involves providing comprehensive support for Microsoft and Apple endpoint environments. This fully remote position is aimed at candidates with strong expertise in Microsoft systems and a working knowledge of Apple device support. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end support for Microsoft and Apple endpoint environments
  • Manage device lifecycle including deployment, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Ensure compliance with organizational security standards and access policies
  • Diagnose and resolve endpoint-related issues using secure remote support tools
  • Support users across multiple devices and operating systems
  • Maintain asset tracking and ensure endpoint compliance

Key Skills:

  • Strong experience with SCCM (Microsoft Configuration Manager)
  • OS deployment and patch management
  • Implementation of security policies and compliance controls
  • Asset tracking and endpoint compliance management
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune for unified endpoint management
  • Experience with device configuration and compliance policies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Entra (Azure AD)
