Summary: The Microsoft & Apple Endpoint Support Specialist role involves providing comprehensive support for Microsoft and Apple endpoint environments. This fully remote position is aimed at candidates with strong expertise in Microsoft systems and a working knowledge of Apple device support. The contract is for two months with a high potential for extension, starting immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end support for Microsoft and Apple endpoint environments
- Manage device lifecycle including deployment, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Ensure compliance with organizational security standards and access policies
- Diagnose and resolve endpoint-related issues using secure remote support tools
- Support users across multiple devices and operating systems
- Maintain asset tracking and ensure endpoint compliance
Key Skills:
- Strong experience with SCCM (Microsoft Configuration Manager)
- OS deployment and patch management
- Implementation of security policies and compliance controls
- Asset tracking and endpoint compliance management
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune for unified endpoint management
- Experience with device configuration and compliance policies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Entra (Azure AD)
