Summary: The Microsoft 365 Specialist role is a contract position focused on developing and refining prompts for Microsoft 365 applications while ensuring the accuracy and quality of model responses. The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance evaluation processes and maintain detailed documentation. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. The commitment ranges from 10 to 40 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, adapt, and refine prompts for Microsoft 365 applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, and Teams.
- Evaluate and annotate model responses or artifacts across 16 defined dimensions to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define evaluation criteria and implement process improvements.
- Maintain meticulous documentation related to prompt modifications and model evaluations.
- Identify trends in data labeling and provide actionable feedback for model enhancement.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly through both written reports and verbal presentations.

- Have specialist-level hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, and Teams.
- Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to articulate complex processes succinctly.
- Have demonstrated experience in data labeling, prompt creation, or related evaluation workflows.
- Possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail in assessing digital artifacts and model outputs.
- Be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, remote environment.
