Summary: The Microsoft 365 Multi-Geo Consultant / Solution Architect will lead the design and implementation of a global Microsoft 365 consolidation programme, focusing on migrating multiple business entities to a single tenant while establishing a Multi-Geo architecture. The role involves collaboration with stakeholders across various countries, providing strategic guidance and hands-on delivery. The consultant will ensure security, governance, and operational best practices throughout the project. This position is remote and classified as outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery workshops and define the Microsoft 365 consolidation strategy
- Design and implement a Microsoft 365 Multi-Geo architecture
- Plan and execute tenant-to-tenant migration activities
- Lead Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 migration planning
- Design identity, authentication and governance using Microsoft Entra ID
- Provide guidance around licensing, security, compliance and data residency
- Produce technical documentation, migration plans and implementation roadmaps
- Identify project risks and mitigation strategies
- Work with stakeholders across multiple international regions
- Support knowledge transfer and transition into BAU operations

The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Consultant / Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of a global Microsoft 365 consolidation programme. This engagement will support the migration of multiple business entities onto a single Microsoft 365 tenant, establishing a Multi-Geo architecture whilst ensuring security, governance and operational best practice. The successful consultant will work closely with technical and business stakeholders across the UK, US, Australia and New Zealand, providing both strategic guidance and hands-on delivery throughout the programme.

Responsibilities
