Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business logistics and transportation requirements, and develop innovative solutions within the MercuryGate TMS platform.
- Configure MercuryGate modules (e.g., carrier management, load planning, rate management) and integrate with external systems (e.g., ERP, WMS, EDI/process automation tools).
- Lead and participate in MercuryGate TMS implementations, including requirements gathering, workflow development, testing, and go-live support.
- Deliver user training sessions and create documentation to support client self-sufficiency and adoption.
- Identify process enhancement opportunities and deploy MercuryGate features to increase operational efficiency and visibility.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring reliable TMS operations and supporting users with technical queries.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Information Systems, or related field.
- 6+ years of hands-on experience with MercuryGate TMS implementations, support, or solution delivery.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain, logistics, and transportation processes.
- Experience with system configuration, integration techniques (e.g., EDI, APIs), and workflow automation.

We are seeking an experienced and resourceful MercuryGate Consultant for a contract-to-hire position to help design, implement, and support critical transportation management solutions. As part of our team, you will work with clients to optimize logistics processes using MercuryGate’s Transportation Management System (TMS) platform. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver who can bridge complex business requirements and technical solutions in fast-paced environments.
