Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise directly with consultants, contractors, and clients.
- Interpret client standards, instructions, and programme requirements.
- Provide clear reporting on progress and deliverables.
- Manage drawing office staff, including Revit technicians and discipline leads.
- Allocate workload, enforce BIM standards, and ensure quality assurance.
- Monitor delivery against the programme and adjust resourcing as required.
- Deliver coordinated, clash-free drawings/models.
Key Skills:
- Proven track record in CAD/BIM management, drawing office leadership, or design coordination within MEP.
- Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and BIM workflows.
- Familiarity with BIM Level 2 / ISO 19650.
- Strong client-facing communication skills.
- Able to lead and coordinate multi-discipline teams under tight deadlines.

Role Description
We are seeking a contract MEP Project Manager to oversee the delivery of coordinated MEP drawings and models within our design bureau for a large scale UK project. This is a production-focused management role — ensuring consultant stage 4 drawings are accurately developed into clash-free stage 5 construction drawings. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact with the client’s project managers / design leads, while managing internal CAD/BIM resources to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
