Summary: The role of Senior Revit MEP Coordinator involves leading MEP coordination efforts in building services, requiring extensive experience with Revit and related software. This position is fully remote and is offered on a 6-month contract outside IR35. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, particularly in Stage 5 design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead MEP coordination efforts using Revit and other software tools.
- Ensure effective clash detection and resolution using Navisworks.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to support Stage 5 design processes.
- Maintain proficiency in AutoCAD and Fabrication CADmep.
- Provide expertise in building services engineering, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Senior Revit MEP Coordinator.
- Fully proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and Fabrication CADmep.
- Experience with clash detection tools such as Navisworks.
- Strong understanding of building services engineering.
- Experience in Stage 5 design.
