Key Responsibilities:
- Support high-volume records retrieval, organization, and tracking for clinical and coding teams.
- Manage medical record repositories, ensuring timely and accurate uploads.
- Maintain strict compliance with PHI and HIPAA standards.
- Retrieve records via fax, mail, EMR systems, and onsite provider visits.
- Communicate effectively and troubleshoot technical and logistical issues for internal teams and external provider groups.
- Utilize Adobe Pro, Microsoft Office, shared drives, scanners, and multiple record-tracking tools.
- Demonstrate a solutions-oriented attitude and work independently within tight project timelines.
- Possess knowledge of clinical documentation structure and EMR navigation.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Candidates can work five 8-hour shifts during the week, between the hours of 6am to 6pm CST.
No travel required; candidates can be fully remote and work their desired shift, between the hours listed above, but must be available from 8am-4:30pm CST, during the first 1-2 weeks (minimum) for training.
