Summary: The Medical Excellence Consultant role is a fully remote, 10-month contract position with an international Italian Pharmaceutical company. The consultant will support the medical affairs team in driving country adoption of initiatives, managing vendor partners, and providing operational support for key meetings and projects. This position offers an opportunity to enhance experience in medical affairs project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive country adoption of key initiatives from the medical affairs team.
• Support cross-functional HQ strategic and operational planning processes.
• Establish and track KPIs for International and Country medical affairs teams.
• Manage vendor partners in executing projects supporting International Medical Affairs strategy.
• Provide operational support for key International medical affairs meetings.
• Manage the internal Medical Affairs SharePoint with global team support.
• Provide strategic and operational support for various Medical team projects.
• Support the budget process for International medical affairs.
• Act as the training assignment coordinator for Global Medical Affairs.
