Key Responsibilities:
- Apply ICD-10-CM coding guidelines for inpatient, outpatient, and physician records

- Maintain strict data security (PHI/PII) while working remotely
- Ability to function in a lead role and/or train HIM medical record reviewers
- Serve as a "Master Coder" for all coding projects
- Strong knowledge and skills in inpatient and outpatient coding
Key Skills:
- Certification (one required): RHIA, RHIT, CCS, or CPC
- Minimum 1 year (Level I) or 5 years (Level II) coding experience in inpatient, outpatient, or multi-specialty physician settings

- Strong knowledge and skills in inpatient and outpatient coding
