Summary: The role of Media Developer encompasses two positions: a 3D Specialist and a 2D/3D Generalist, both focused on creating high-quality training media content for customer training materials. The developers will collaborate closely with the Instructional Design Team and adhere to established style guides and standards. These positions are fully remote and offered as initial 12-month contracts. The roles require proficiency in various graphic design tools and techniques, particularly in 2D and 3D media development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support development of Customer Training electronic materials, specifically media content for courseware products.
- Collaborate with the Instructional Design Team to translate storyboards into impactful training media content.
- Utilize engineering data and technical references in the media development process.
- Adhere to style guides and standards for consistent media outputs.
Key Skills:
- Experience with 2D vector and raster-based graphics.
- Experience with 3D vector-based graphics.
- Proficiency in Articulate Storyline.
- Experience with 3D Autodesk.
Salary (Rate): £35.77 Hourly

The Roles
Generalist:
- A Media Developer (Generalist) will have the skills and experience to support development of Customer Training electronic materials - nominally media content for courseware products.
- This requires close working with the Instructional Design Team to translate the initial storyboard media into high-quality & impactful training media content.
- The Media Developer (Generalist) will need to be comfortable utilising engineering data and other technical references as part of the media development process.
- Development also requires strict adherence to a style guide and other associated standards to enable consistent media outputs.
3D Specialist:
- A Media Developer (3d Specialist) will have the skills and experience to support development of Customer Training electronic materials - nominally media content for courseware products.
- This requires close working with the Instructional Design Team to translate the initial storyboard media into high-quality & impactful training media content.
- The Media Developer (3d Specialist) will need to be comfortable utilising engineering data and other technical references as part of the media development process.

The Candidates
Experience in one or more of the following areas will be required:
Experience with 2D vector and raster based graphics
Experience with 3D vector based graphics.
Experience with Articulate Storyline
Experience with 3D Autodesk
