Key Responsibilities:
- Design Challenging Problems — Craft advanced mechanical engineering scenarios across domains like FEA, heat transfer, fluid dynamics, kinematics, and material science to rigorously test AI performance
- Author Ground-Truth Solutions — Develop precise, step-by-step technical solutions and benchmark responses that AI models use as a gold standard for learning
- Audit Technical Reasoning — Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, safety, and compliance with engineering standards
- Improve AI Thinking — Identify logical errors and provide structured feedback to strengthen the model's reasoning process
Key Skills:
- Advanced Degree — Master's (pursuing or completed) or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a closely related field
- Domain Expert — Strong foundational knowledge in solid mechanics, fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, CAD/CAM, or manufacturing processes
- Clear Communicator — Able to explain complex physical phenomena and technical concepts in precise, well-structured written form
