Key Responsibilities:
- Design Complex Engineering Problems — Craft advanced, multi-step problems across domains such as FEA, heat transfer, fluid mechanics, kinematics, and material science to rigorously test AI performance.
- Author Ground-Truth Solutions — Develop precise, step-by-step technical solutions and benchmark responses that AI systems use as reference standards for learning.
- Audit Technical Reasoning — Evaluate AI-generated outputs including CAD logic, thermodynamic proofs, and material specifications for technical accuracy, safety, and compliance with engineering standards.
- Identify & Correct Reasoning Failures — Spot logical errors in AI reasoning and provide structured feedback to improve model performance.
Key Skills:
- Holds or is pursuing a Master's or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Strong foundational knowledge in one or more core domains: solid mechanics, fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, CAD/CAM, or manufacturing processes.
- Able to communicate complex physical phenomena and mathematical derivations clearly and concisely in writing.
- Highly detail-oriented — precise when checking mathematical derivations, unit conversions, and physical system constraints.
- No prior AI or data annotation experience required.
