Key Responsibilities:

- Interpret engineering sketches, blueprints, and technical drawings to improve AI model understanding and accuracy.
- Develop test cases and datasets based on real-world mechanical systems assembly, disassembly, and troubleshooting scenarios.
- Collaborate with engineering teams and AI developers to identify knowledge gaps and refine technical datasets.
- Review project instructions and simulate common engineering challenges for AI learning modules.
- Translate complex mechanical concepts into clear, structured documentation for AI training purposes.
- Support engineers and AI trainers by addressing technical queries related to mechanical fabrication, testing, and system adjustments.
Key Skills:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Engineering Technologist, Technician, or similar role.
- Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, sketches, and technical specifications.
- Hands-on experience assembling and troubleshooting complex mechanical systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly convey technical information.
