Summary: The MDM Stibo Release Engineer role requires a professional with extensive experience in release coordination specifically within STIBO projects. The candidate will liaise with business and IT teams to manage release requirements for Agile program increments, ensuring effective integration and automation of release management processes. The position emphasizes collaboration with developers, architects, and stakeholders to strategize and execute STIBO upgrades and releases. Key Responsibilities:

  • 10-12 years of MDM engagement experience
  • STIBO Release Management experience of 3-4 years
  • STIBO Techno-Functional development 5 years
  • Ability to develop or coordinate CI/CD pipelines development with Devops team and integrate with STIBO releases for automated release management
  • Ability to work with STIBO developers, architects and client stakeholders for defining and executing releases (Minor, Major)
  • Ability to understand environments and strategize the STIBO Upgrades, their validation and coordinate with team in post upgrade activities
  • Ability to manage the STIBO User needs accounts creation, termination, SSO and also roles and permissions setup in STIBO
  • Work with STIBO team to support the setup of QA environment
  • Build Release automation across environments
  • Develop and institutionalize STIBO Release Train for a given Program Increment cycle.

Key Skills:

  • Experience as Release Coordinator in STIBO projects for at least 2-3 years
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
  • Proficiency in CI/CD pipeline development
  • Experience in managing STIBO upgrades and validation processes
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
