Key Responsibilities:

• Manage MobileIron Core and Sentry servers, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Configure and manage mobile devices (Android, iOS) for application deployment, security policies, and device compliance.
• Ensure seamless integration between MobileIron and Microsoft Intune in hybrid MDM environments.
• Administer Active Directory (AD), including Group Policy (GPO) and Organizational Units (OUs) for efficient user and device management.
• Implement and maintain networking fundamentals (IP, Subnets, DHCP, DNS, and VLANs).
• Strengthen mobile device security and compliance in alignment with IT security policies.
• Provide hands-on support for IT project onboarding and implementation.
• Work with ServiceNow for ticketing and IT Service Management (ITSM).
