Maximo SAP Integration Specialist

Summary: The Maximo SAP Integration Specialist is responsible for leading the design and implementation of OMX SAP integration at the Greenville site, focusing on asset management and financial systems integration. The role requires extensive expertise in Maximo and MAS, along with strong experience in data migration, system validation, and reporting tools development. The specialist will also capture lessons learned to define scalable rollout models for additional sites and enhance visibility into maintenance expenditures and asset performance. This position demands a proven track record in managing large-scale enterprise system projects within validated environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of OMX SAP integration at the Greenville (GRV) site
• Enable linkage between maintenance activities, asset data, and financial systems
• Configure systems and data models to support asset-level cost tracking and reporting
• Validate integration through testing of data flows, reporting accuracy, and operational use cases
• Develop standardized processes, documentation, and best practices aligned with Maintenance Excellence objectives
• Capture lessons learned and define a scalable rollout model for additional OMX sites
• Build and deliver reporting tools and dashboards to enhance visibility into maintenance expenditures and asset lifecycle performance
• Support system integration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization

Key Skills:

• Maximo / MAS (IBM Maximo Application Suite)
• Deep expertise across modules: Asset Management, Preventive Maintenance (PM), Job Plans, Work Orders, Purchasing, Inventory, Locations, Database Configuration & Table Structures
• Strong experience with MAS 9.x validation and data migration: Data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL), System execution and validation, Integration & Development
• Hands-on experience with Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), Java development and automation scripting, UI customization and Application Designer, XML configuration and editing
• Proven ability to integrate EAM/CMMS with ERP systems (SAP)
• Expertise in Security role configuration, Active Directory integration, LDAP synchronization troubleshooting, User and group management
• Advanced development of BIRT reports (validated environments), Power BI dashboards and KPIs
• Strong experience in validated environments (Life Sciences): IQ / OQ / PQ / PV execution, UAT planning and execution, SDLC documentation under change control (D2, MasterControl, ALM)
• Knowledge of CFR compliance and e-signature requirements
• Expertise in Application Designer, Workflow Designer, Conditional Expressions, Automation Scripts, Escalations
• Familiarity with ServiceNow (SNOW), TrackWise (change management), ABS proprietary data migration and archival tools
• 15+ years of experience in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems
• 10+ years of extensive background in Implementation, upgrades, and patch management, System integration and customization, Data migration and legacy system replacement
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in Maximo development and configuration
• Global experience supporting systems across NA, EMEA, APAC regions
• Proven track record managing large-scale enterprise system projects
• Certifications: IBM Certified Deployment Professional Maximo Asset Management, IBM Certified Infrastructure Deployment Professional, Certification in Manufacturing Management (Preferred)
