Maximo Functional Consultant

This position is 100% remote, but will travel when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project estimation and scoping for Maximo/MAS 9.0 implementations.
• Deliver client demonstrations of Maximo, Maximo Mobile, and MAS capabilities.
• Design and architect complex Maximo solutions across modules including Work, Asset, Inventory, and Procurement.
• Provide functional expertise in MAS Health, Predict, and Monitor.
• Guide clients on MAS AppPoints usage and licensing implications.
• Write technical RFP responses and develop compelling proposals.
• Collaborate with sales teams in pre-sales meetings and solution presentations.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system configurations.
• Support testing, training, and go-live activities.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on project decision-making and roadmap planning.

What We re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience with IBM Maximo (preferably MAS 8.x/9.x).
• Proven experience in solution architecture and functional consulting.
• Strong understanding of Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), workflows, and automation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead pre-sales engagements and deliver client demos.
• Experience with MAS Health, Predict, Monitor, and AppPoints licensing.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

IBM Maximo certifications are a plus.
