Summary: The Maximo Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Specialist is responsible for supporting the PSG OneMaximo team in migrating to Maximo Application Suite (MAS) 9.X. The role requires extensive experience in implementing and customizing EAM systems, particularly in the pharmaceutical industry, along with proficiency in system integrations and project management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Maximo systems and certifications related to the Maximo Application Suite. This position is fully remote and classified as outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the PSG OneMaximo team for migration to MAS 9.X.
- Implement, customize, and support EAM systems.
- Manage system integrations, change management, and infrastructure build.
- Oversee system validation and data migration in GMP regulated environments.
- Develop and execute UAT testing and validation processes.
- Provide training and instructional delivery for MAS systems.
- Document SDLC processes under change management.
- Manage projects related to legacy system replacement and upgrades.

- 15 years of experience in EAM and Maximo systems.

OVERVIEW:
Expert Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Specialist/ Functional Lead/ System Architect is needed to support PSG OneMaximo team for migration to MAS 9.X. The successful candidate must have a proven track record of implementing, customizing, and supporting EAM systems with certification in Maximo Application Suite (MAS). Proficiency with system integrations, change management, infrastructure build, system validation, RHOS, project management, data migration in the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) pharmaceutical regulated industry are required.
