Summary: In this role, you will lead the development of .NET applications using the MAUI framework, focusing on quality and mentoring other developers. You will collaborate with various teams, including Product and Experience, to ensure adherence to design specifications and acceptance criteria. Your responsibilities will include estimation of user stories and ownership of code quality. This position is fully remote and classified as outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a development track for .NET MAUI applications targeting Android, Windows, and other platforms.
- Estimate user stories and contribute to sprint planning and technical design discussions.
- Mentor and support developers, ensuring alignment with coding standards and best practices.
- Own the quality of all code produced within your track, including code reviews and testing.
- Collaborate with the Lead Architect, Engineering leadership, and Project Manager to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Work with Product to ensure features meet acceptance criteria and business requirements.
- Partner with Experience/UX teams to ensure the user interface aligns with design specifications.
Key Skills:
- Strong experience developing applications using .NET MAUI or Xamarin.
- Solid understanding of C#, object-oriented programming, and MVVM architecture.
- Proven ability to lead development efforts and mentor team members.
