Contract duration: 3 months initially

Do you have experience working for an F1 team? If so, I'm hoping this will be your next position. Our client are a Formula 1 Racing Team who need a MATLAB Specialist to help make their car go faster. This is a contract role that can be either in or outside IR35, starting off for 3 months and potentially extending.

Essential

  • Extensive experience using Matlab for data processing
  • Ability to navigate and debug large unfamiliar codebases
  • Experience working with relational databases (MySQL) to read and write data
  • Knowledge of software engineering practices (source control, clean code, testing)

Desirable

  • Experience working with timeseries data / live streaming data
  • Python development experience
  • F1 domain knowledge
