Summary: The Master Data Business Process Lead will enhance the quality and integrity of product data across the EMEA region for a global Pharmaceutical organization. This role requires expertise in Oracle SCM or Oracle 12, focusing on master data management and training end users. The successful candidate will ensure data accuracy and support various business processes through effective data governance. Occasional travel to UK and EU sites is expected, while the position is fully remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that product data across a number of core systems are accurate and fully complete
- Work with stakeholders on data requests / any incoming queries or issues
- Work to deadlines such as product launch dates
- Track and report status of product data
Key Skills:
- Hands on experience working with Product Information Management (PIM) systems (e.g. Akeneo, Salsify, Informatica, Stibo Systems, InRiver etc)
- Data management principles, data governance, and data quality standards
- Experience with Oracle SCM or Oracle 12
- Data mapping skills, including defining mapping rules, identifying data discrepancies, and ensuring consistency between source and target systems
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience managing large data sets
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Robert Walters have partnered with a global Pharmaceutical organisation who are seeking a Master Data Business Process Lead with Oracle SCM or Oracle 12 experience to support the EMEA faction of the business.
The Role
The Master Data Business Process Lead will support the improvement and quality of product data across the EMEA region. The successful PIM Data Steward will hold responsibility for ensuring data quality, integrity, and accuracy from a number of different sources. PIM Data Steward will own the process for master data creation, maintenance and amendments and its subsequent training to end users. My client needs someone who understands the data structures in the PIM module needed to support other business processes across the fusion suite and also how the data can interact with other interdependent systems in the company.
