Summary: The Marketing Technology Consultant (Martech) role is focused on providing strategic guidance and decision-making support for marketing technology procurement and implementation. The consultant will collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements, manage marketing campaigns, and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations. This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in work arrangements while engaging with various marketing technology systems and data sources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advisory & executive-level decision-making guidance on marketing technology key decisions and procurement of new marketing technologies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business requirements for marketing technology solutions and new data sources (2nd/3rd Party Partner Data)
- Manage the business & technical aspects of marketing campaigns, ensuring they are implemented and tracked correctly
- Manage the integration of marketing technology systems, including marketing automation, CRM, content management, analytics, and partnerships
- Lead the onboarding of new data sources (partners/ external and new internal sources)
- Manage and coordinate with business users to implement standard processes and capabilities across instances and territories
- Manage compliance with data privacy regulations and other relevant policies and procedures
- Stay up to date with emerging marketing technology trends and evaluate their potential impact on our organization
- Develop and maintain robust and effective review procedures to support functional data quality. Identify business rules and requirements for assessing the quality of data relative to business rules and previous trends
- Enhance Data Quality, Data Management, and/or Data Governance; Work with complex data sets and Big Data; measure data quality using defined rule sets; and assess processes to improve the evaluation of data quality procedures
- Follow defined audit procedures and produce required metrics according to defined procedures
