Summary: The Marketing Technologist / Workflow Integrator role involves operationalizing and integrating AI-powered tools within a leading professional services firm's marketing and operational technology ecosystem. Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing integrations between Claude powered AI agents and wider Martech systems
- Building workflow automations, reporting pipelines and operational data flows
- Creating and maintaining campaign taxonomy, attribution and UTM governance structures
- Connecting AI tooling into CRM, analytics and campaign platforms
- Supporting automated reporting outputs and operational dashboards
- Working closely with AI builders and operational stakeholders to ensure usability and adoption
- Identifying workflow inefficiencies and opportunities for automation
- Documenting integrations, workflows and operational processes for scalability and future maintenance
Key Skills:
- Proven experience working within Martech, Marketing Operations or workflow automation environments
- Experience integrating AI tools or automation into marketing technology stacks
- Strong understanding of campaign data structures, attribution, reporting workflows and UTM governance
- Experience working across APIs, workflow automation tooling and platform integrations
- Ability to work across multiple systems without dependence on a single vendor ecosystem
- Comfortable translating operational requirements into scalable workflow solutions
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work autonomously within a fast-paced delivery environment

Marketing Technologist / Workflow Integrator 3–6 Month Contract | UK Remote | £400 - £600 Per Day
We’re currently supporting a major transformation programme within a leading professional services firm, following a recent £1.5 billion investment focused on accelerating technology, AI and digital capability across the business. As part of this wider transformation, they’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Technologist / Workflow Integrator to help operationalise and connect a suite of Claude-powered AI agents into the wider marketing and operational technology ecosystem. This role will focus on ensuring AI-enabled workflows integrate effectively across campaign platforms, reporting environments, analytics systems, CRM tooling and internal operational processes. You’ll help build the infrastructure and automation layers that allow AI tools to scale properly across the organisation. This is not a purely strategic transformation role. They’re looking for someone who can take operational requirements and rapidly turn them into scalable workflow automation, integrations and usable reporting systems that support real business delivery.
