Summary: The Marketing Systems Specialist for Adobe Assets & WorkFront is responsible for ensuring seamless access to brand marketing software and systems for end users. This role involves acting as a liaison between business and IT, managing quarterly user audits, and supporting vendor management processes. Effective communication and coordination with multiple marketing teams and IT are crucial for the timely execution of customer communications. The position also includes creating user guides and generating reports from Adobe applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead for Quarterly User audits on all Marketing Systems application Adobe Assets, Adobe WorkFront, Asset Intake, Asset Share Commons, Getty Images, Planit Retail.
- Lead for Purchase Order entry & tracking in Coupa.
- Lead for entering, tracking and finalizing all user Marketing Systems application access tickets.
- Marketing Vendor setup in Vendor Management Data System.
- Create, Generate and react to system reporting (Adobe Assets & WorkFront).
- Support Meeting Setup and Invites related to scheduled production work.
- Create desk side coaching guides for end users (step-by-step training guides).

The primary purpose of this position is to support access to brand marketing software and
systems to ensure end users can access without issue. These software/systems are critical to
the timely creation and output of key customer communications (print & digital) to 14million
households weekly (a budget exceeding $100M annually).
This will include acting as liaisons between business and IT for application issues. The user will
interact with brand leads from 6 different marketing teams. This person will represent
Marketing Services through these interactions.
This person will manage and support all Marketing Application quarterly user audits required
and tracked by our internal Risk & Controls Team.
This position is also critical in communicating to all impacted Brand Marketing, software
vendors, and multiple IT Teams when any issues occur that impact one or all users/applications.
Communication style and effectiveness is crucial.
This position will help to setup up new Marketing vendors in our vendor management
system and help to support entering and tacking all purchase order requests related to these
vendors.
Various reports may be needed from Adobe applications & this person will support those
existing or new reports.
General support with meeting agenda & setup, as well as creating & maintaining end user
guides will be a portion of the responsibilities.
