Key Responsibilities:

  • Track timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple concurrent workstreams
  • Ensure program milestones are met and nothing falls through the cracks
  • Coordinate inputs across marketing, sales, and customer-facing teams
  • Document and standardize operational workflows to improve efficiency and scalability
  • Identify areas of inefficiency and implement process improvements
  • Maintain and update playbooks, process guides, and internal documentation
  • Work across multiple platforms including project management tools, CRMs, and content systems
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date data across program trackers and internal databases
  • Build dashboards and trackers to provide clear visibility into program status
  • Support operational workflows for content production, including approvals, handoffs, and delivery tracking
  • Manage campaign calendars and coordinate asset readiness across teams
  • Maintain the customer reference and story pipeline, including tracking status and coordinating outreach
  • Pull and organize data from relevant platforms to support program reporting
  • Prepare inputs for stakeholder updates and performance reporting

Key Skills:

Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
