Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute customer lifecycle CRM journeys across multiple touchpoints
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver campaigns across multiple channels including email, push, and in-app
  • Monitor campaign performance and ensure safe and accurate campaign execution
  • Conduct campaign QA, reviewing set-ups thoroughly before launch
  • Work with other CRM Managers to develop segmentation strategies targeting relevant audiences
  • Deliver campaigns using a test-and-learn, data-driven approach
  • Own existing processes and always-on campaigns, ensuring documentation is kept up to date

Key Skills:

  • Hands-on CRM experience, with a track record of designing and delivering successful campaigns and automated journeys
  • Experience using a CRM platform (Braze preferred)
  • Previous experience in Banking, Fintech, or Financial Services
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and inform strategic decisions
  • Experience using Looker or similar analytics platforms (advantageous)
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage stakeholder priorities effectively
  • A collaborative mindset, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver the best outcomes for customers
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to propose solutions and alternative approaches when challenges arise

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and effectively.
