Key Responsibilities:
- Execute customer lifecycle CRM journeys across multiple touchpoints
- Collaborate with team members to deliver campaigns across multiple channels including email, push, and in-app
- Monitor campaign performance and ensure safe and accurate campaign execution
- Conduct campaign QA, reviewing set-ups thoroughly before launch
- Work with other CRM Managers to develop segmentation strategies targeting relevant audiences
- Deliver campaigns using a test-and-learn, data-driven approach
- Own existing processes and always-on campaigns, ensuring documentation is kept up to date
Key Skills:
- Hands-on CRM experience, with a track record of designing and delivering successful campaigns and automated journeys
- Experience using a CRM platform (Braze preferred)
- Previous experience in Banking, Fintech, or Financial Services
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and inform strategic decisions
- Experience using Looker or similar analytics platforms (advantageous)
- Excellent organisation and time management skills, with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage stakeholder priorities effectively
- A collaborative mindset, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver the best outcomes for customers
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to propose solutions and alternative approaches when challenges arise
