JOB SUMMARY
As a Marketing Manager, you will lead the delivery of integrated B2B marketing activity across our Group of businesses. Working closely with commercial and product teams, you will shape and execute marketing plans, optimise campaigns using data-led insights, and make full use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for automation and reporting. You will work across a wide range of campaigns and initiatives – all contributing to improving outcomes and creating positive impact across the NHS.
PRINCIPAL TASKS & ACTIVITIES
Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute multi-channel marketing plans aligned with Liaison Group’s growth objectives. Collaborate with product managers and commercial teams to create compelling propositions messaging and sales materials. Strong understanding of end-to-end marketing strategy, with the ability to demonstrate ROI and identify engagement opportunities for new products and services.
Digital Marketing & Automation: Manage inbound/outbound campaigns, social media, paid ads, and content marketing. Use D365 for automation and segmentation. Lead product development initiatives and digital campaigns that drive website performance and convert traffic into qualified leads.
Campaign Management & Reporting: Monitor and optimise campaigns, deliver ROI reports with actionable insights. Deliver monthly ROI reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Content & Brand: Oversee creation of product collateral, strengthen brand positioning, and ensure consistency across all channels.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships internally and externally, aligning marketing initiatives with business objectives. Represent Marketing at internal meetings and strategic planning sessions.
EXPERIENCE
Essential: Proven generalist B2B marketing experience, ideally in healthcare or professional services. Strong analytical skills for ROI reporting and campaign optimisation. Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas for content and campaigns.
