Key Responsibilities:

- Launch and manage multi-channel campaigns and lifecycle/nurture programs

- Support migration efforts from Adobe to Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Monitor lead flow, conversion rates, and campaign performance
- Track KPIs and continuously optimize campaigns to improve ROI
- Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven improvements
- Build and maintain dashboards and performance reports
- Translate campaign data into actionable insights for stakeholders
