Company Description Luxeia is a premium smart home integration company based in Durham. We design and build bespoke intelligent home systems for high-net-worth residential clients across the UK, with projects starting from £25,000. Our clients are discerning homeowners and the architects, interior designers, and property developers who work with them. We have built a marketing foundation. What we need now is someone with the expertise and seniority to assess what exists, improve it, and execute a strategy that consistently puts us in front of the right people.
The Role You will own the marketing function entirely, auditing what we have, developing strategy, building trade relationships with architects and interior designers, and managing the inbound pipeline. You will work directly with Connor, who leads marketing and operations, and Tez, who leads client relationships and installation. This is not an execution-only role. We want someone who comes in with genuine opinions and takes ownership.
What We Are Looking For A commercial mindset rooted in understanding how high-net-worth clients make decisions. A background in luxury residential property, interior design, architecture, premium AV, or a similarly premium sector. Proven experience at marketing manager level or above. Someone who can both set strategy and deliver it, there is no team beneath you. We are looking for an individual, not an agency.
What We Offer £300-£350 per day depending on experience. Fully remote. 2-3 days per week. A direct working relationship with the founders, full autonomy, and genuinely interesting work.
